Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at WALOR we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 10 days of receipt by you.
It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit or refund in the original mode of payment.
Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
Please be advised this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control via the returns team at our warehouse provided that:
- The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
- Bodysuits cannot be returned/exchanged due to Hygiene Purposes
- The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited to the customer bank account, after quality checks. The customer will receive a mail regarding the return confirmation. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This coupon code will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing and will be available only to the specified user email address.

We take pride of our WALOR apparel, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
