Shopping Basics

For Indian customers, we ship the same day or the very next day on all business working days, so that you will receive your order within 2-3 working days.

yes, we do ship internationally. However, the minimum order value for shipping internationally would be Rs. 5000. And yes, we do ship anywhere across the world.

Payments

We at WALOR believe in transparency, therefore we have multiple payment methods including credit cards, debit cards and UPI for easy payment through Google Pay, PhonePe or any other UPI service provider through our Razorpay secured payment gateway.

Yes, our Razorpay gateway will accept 150+ different currencies through card payments. Be sure to make a note of international currency rates on the day that you are making the purchase.

Shipping & Returns

If you have created a WALOR account, you can simply go to your account>orders and create a return ticket through our website portal. However, if you do not have an account with us, simply email us at [email protected] and we will process the return for you.

Once the return request is processed, we will schedule a pickup date. Once the item is collected and made sure that is still intact, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days.

Once you place an order, you can still cancel it before it is dispatched, and we will process your refund automatically. However, if it is dispatched, you will have to create a return product ticket through our website portal or through mail [email protected] for the same.
